Made in Europe. Sold in Europe. Still your formula.
We move your production to an EU manufacturing partner and work European distributors on your behalf, so you can sell in Europe without shipping product across the Atlantic. Based in Arizona, built for US brands.
Shipping from the US is a hard way to sell in Europe.
Most US brands start by exporting what they already make. It works until the orders get serious.
Every restock crosses an ocean before it reaches a shelf. Slow restocks cost you shelf space.
Ocean freight, storage, and import costs stack up before a distributor sees a single unit.
European buyers plan around supply they can count on. Production on the same continent makes that an easier conversation.
If your current manufacturer holds your formula or your documents, you can’t move production anywhere. That gets fixed first.
From scorecard to European shelves.

A short set of questions about your formula, documents, labels, and sales channels.
Discovery call
Loren reviews your answers before we talk. You leave knowing exactly where your gaps are.
Get ready
We close the gaps and manage the move of your formula to our EU manufacturing partner. You sign your manufacturing agreement directly with them.
Make and sell in Europe
Production runs in the EU, and we work European distributors on your behalf.
One team for the whole move.
Production where you sell
Our EU manufacturing partners operate to GMP standards. Our Chief Formulating Officer leads the technical transfer, so the product your customers know is the product Europe gets.
Distributors, worked for you
Introductions through our partner network, plus our own prospecting. We handle the outreach and negotiation. We’re paid when you sell, so we’re motivated to get you placed.
No surprises mid-move
Formula ownership, documentation, and compliance gaps get found and fixed before production starts, not after.
Europe has its own rules. We get you ready for them.
Your US compliance, including MoCRA, doesn’t carry over. Before a product can be sold in the EU, it generally needs:
A Responsible Person
A company based in the EU that is legally accountable for your product and keeps its documentation.
A safety assessment
A Cosmetic Product Safety Report prepared and signed by a qualified safety assessor.
A product information file
The technical file for each product, kept available for authorities.
Notification before sale
Each product is notified through the EU’s Cosmetic Products Notification Portal (CPNP) before it goes on the market.
Compliant labels
EU labeling rules, including language requirements in the countries where you sell.
An ingredient check
The EU restricts some ingredients that are allowed in the US, so some formulas need adjusting before they can move.
The UK is its own market. Since Brexit, Great Britain has a parallel system, with its own Responsible Person and product notification.
Coming soon EU and UK Responsible Person services. Today, we assess your readiness and help you close the gaps.
You stay in control. We run the project.

Straight answers about how we get paid.
An onboarding fee based on your readiness gaps, plus commission tied to your European sales.
HBP can be paid by manufacturing partners as well as a commission on your international sales. Both will be disclosed in your proposal.
Common questions.
Do I have to stop manufacturing in the US?
Not necessarily. You can keep US production for US customers and make in Europe for European ones.
Who do I sign contracts with?
Your manufacturing agreement is directly with our EU manufacturing partner. Your onboarding and sales agreement is with Health & Beauty Partners.
Is distribution guaranteed?
No. We make introductions and work distributors on your behalf, and we’re paid when you sell. Anyone who guarantees placement is guessing.
What about the UK?
We usually start with the EU. The UK can run alongside it, but it has its own requirements, so it’s planned as a separate step.
How long does it take?
It depends on your readiness gaps. The scorecard and discovery call show where you stand, and your proposal includes a timeline.
Do I have to change my packaging?
Sometimes. Components may need to be sourced or requalified in Europe, and labels must meet EU rules. We run that as part of onboarding.
What if my manufacturer owns my formula?
Then that comes first. Our CM Exit service secures your formula, IP, and documents so production can move.
Do you work with brands under $2M?
For EU expansion, usually not yet. If you’re launching or growing, launch and product leadership may be the better place to start.
